Taste good, 1 piece 20.8 mg is for first timers that do not smoke. Yes it works but finding your number may take awhile. If you smoke daily buy two bars, one to find you number then the other to enjoy. I found my number and so did my pal, we sit at around 6 to 8 , 120mg-160mg. But we started at low # and cautiously increased, so you understand why two bars are the way to go. I also melt it into a coffee or hot chocolate, with a kicker joint. My wife does not smoke and her # 1.5 peices and she enjoys it.
