Very pleasant to have especially when you have stress!! It will make you hungry, but the effect last a bit longer then depicted on the package. Make your you dont operate any type of machinery when taking this it will make you feel very lazy and slow moving almost to a comatose state. lol my dosage was 1/4 slab or 20 mg I thought at first it wasnt kicking in then my hunger began after I ate it was like the ignition for it to be fully in effect.
